I was displeased with my time here. The staff member responsible for showing me the vehicle was not knowledgeable about the vehicle at all, albeit I was at a Volvo dealership. Unfortunately, the car that I wanted to trade-in for credit towards the Santa Fe was extremely undervalued. Even though they knew I came from far (they saw my drivers license), I wasted my time, just for them to call me back multiple times the next day wanting to reach the deal that could have been done that same day

They did not show interest in business. The sales person just wanted a deposit. I refuse and ask for them to start the purchase process. They ran my credit then ignored me for the rest of the day to tell me before they closed that they sold the car. Then call me the next day to tell me I was approved and the other back out. I was already looking a other options at that point. And I was skeptical about giving them my business. I just felt like the sales person just didn't want to sale me the car for whatever reason. If I am going to buy the car you just sale it to me. I never had to put a deposit if am going to buy it. That is when I want you to hold it. Anyway good luck with the car.
