Great communication from Jacob, I’m not local to the area so I had to drive 4 hours to get there but he kept in touch with me the whole time. Jacob was able to get me an amazing deal that I could not refuse, I recommend asking for him if you’re shopping at any of the groups dealerships. He was extremely helpful and completely transparent on everything about the car and finances. The dealership is very small so I recommend calling ahead of time so they can bring the car you want to look at to the lot, but the dealership was extremely clean with good refreshments! Very easy and quick experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!

Never got a response for the dealership when I inquired about availability on March 11. I was near the dealership so I decided to stop by on March 21. I was able to see the vehicle in the front lot but had been told it was just sold allegedly.

Previous rental car from New York to Virginia, Texas then CA. Even certified, wasn't very old but paint showed signs of MANY car washes. I did't want to chance a previous rental from the East Coast. They did not have anything else that was comparable. The salesperson, kept trying to get me to buy anything, which wasn't what I wanted if I was going to buy a car. My last conversation with salesperson was not pleasant and I would not recommend dealing with them for that reason. If they don't have the inventory, they don't have the inventory. I ended up going to a different dealer and buying the car that I wanted. The experience at that dealer was much better. They went above and beyond to get my business. When you're paying for a luxury car and a lot of money, you want what you want. I got the feeling that it was just pushing to buy ANY car. I did have a few conversations w/ salesperson. No point to go in again when everything online, no new inventory, can't sell if they don't have.

Had everything lined up to buy a used car from this dealership. Was simple, they had the car I had the cash. However, apparently this dealership takes walk in customers 10 times more serious than ones that reach out via internet. I had my eye on this car for 1 week. Was in contact with a salesman on and off. The day I want to purchase the salesman has the day off and instead of his coworker reaching out to seal the deal, he decides to sell it to a walk in customer. I will never purchase a car through this dealership. Don't recommend anyone else to either.

Seems like a good dealership, they were good about texting. The only qualm I have is that I must have gotten somewhere between 16-20 e-mails and phone calls within a three day period. That was a little much

Best for customers who live close by and want to test drive.
