Dealership lacks transparency, charges absurd fees. When asked for a breakdown, they didn’t explain any further. Lack charisma and kindness, and could overall be described as misogynistic at best. Buying a car should feel good, not whatever these “men” give the impression of. Don’t waste your time.

The car was not described as what the add said. The vehicle needed to be Jumpstarted for it to start. Both headlights had a lot of water/moisture inside them. And the car looked like it had a lot of corrosion issues/paint issues from being in snow climate cities. I would not recommend this vehicle. Dealership would not fix or correct the headlight issues, like the dealership I just purchased from.

The ad for the vehicle said No Accidents. however, when i asked the salesperson for a copy of the Carfax, it stated that it had been in a minor accident. when i asked the salesperson why it wasnt disclosed, he said something to the affect that it was only "minor" and per carfax " cosmetic???????????? he didnt have any specific knowledge of the incident so how could he know how much damage occurred????? Seems deceiving to me so i purchased another Q5 from another dealership.
