Of course buyers should always do their own research on price and condition, but I believe I got a fair deal on a quality vehicle at Volkswagen of Puyallup. Joe Goodwin was very friendly and showed me everything I needed to know to drive the car home safely. He answered all my questions and tracked down information on everything he didn't have immediate answers for. Romy (manager) did offer me lots of add-ons (that's his job), but there was no pressure to purchase any of them. Overall, I had a good experience and got a great car. [Transparency note: I am a sometimes cynical, somewhat educated, 60 year old, white man.]

Absolutely amazing workers! My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2020 Ram 1500 big horn/lone star for something smaller, cheaper and more family friendly.
