I had excellent help and a great response to my questions. I actually thought the dealership went out of their way to make this sale work in all ways. I felt a sincerity here that I wasn’t in any way being taken advantage of.

James is very easy to deal with. No games, honest description of vehicle. First time buying a used vehicle without seeing it in person. Also James has a shipper that has a great rate and they took great care of the vehicle. The whole process was simple, highly recommend.

I inquired about a car from Northwest Euros and received a timely reply. The staff I communicated with was pleasant and helpful and was not at all overly pushy. I’ve inquired about cars from other dealers and received nonstop texts, emails and calls. I appreciated the reasonable response from Northwest Euros.

Very frustrating experience with this dealership. Very inconsistent communication. They would only respond initially after putting in a request on your website. The promises of follow up calls and paper work being sent never happened. Offered to buy the car cash, resulting in a hesitant response that led to crickets. I dealt with them specifically for about a week. I suspect that one of their staff (or a friend of) wanted to purchase the car but it had been advertised on the Internet so the run-around was on from the get go. Too good to be true.
