The vehicle I had been looking at had been sold, but J & K auto was very helpful in sending me pictures of other options without any pressure to pursue them. I didn’t find a good fit, but I could tell they were trying to help.

Tried calling and whomever answered the phone didn't know the status of the car. "Maybe there's money down?" Asked to find out. Never called me back . I called a couple days later and the same clueless lady answered and wasn't sure if it had been sold or not. She wasn't even considerate enough to find out. Git a text a few DAYS later saying it was gone. Terrible customer service. Need to get rid of whoever answers their phone.

He was very nice and there was no hassle. Wish there was more transparency as I am a honest buyer but found out when I got there saw a small rear exterior fender bubble rusts that was starting to bubble when I asked him in advance before going before going as I lived far.

Very fast and efficient communication that ultimately ended in sale. Very professional small business. Will return as customer.

The dealership contacted in a timely manner, but they had no details on the vehicle. I was asking for the price which the salesman di not know. He said he would get the information and call me back. He never did.
