Car had obvious shaking when driven over 50?mph. Pointed out problem to dealer and they told me they would have mechanic check car and get back to me. Dealer never called. After waiting for a call, I called and the dealer told me that it was being checked out and that they would call. No call back for two weeks…

I texted with someone at the call center who set up an appointment to see the car I was interested in. When I arrived at the dealership the car had already been sold and they confirmed that they had told the woman whom I was texting with that it was sold. She still went ahead and set up the appointment. Very frustrating. 2 stars because the man at the dealership was still great and very apologetic, but I will avoid West Herr dealerships because of this experience.
