They seem to have a small inventory as you drive by from the street view. I was particularly looking for used vehicles. I contacted the dealership and they responded with questions that I questions about. So I replied back with more questions on a small used car. It seems they have a one set price like "CARMAX" as it was stated. So I was able to drive the car and it did ok so I continued to look at the engine bay, interior, exterior a bit more in detail. I found a few things that would definitely make anyone say hey, this needs fixing. As I brought those issues to there attention they still stated they have a one set price. So beware that if you find something wrong with used cars it does not matter since they had a one set price. I offered a few other alternatives that would be more acceptable for me to purchase the vehicle but they were ignored. So another sales manager contacted me and wanted to know what my " price" would be and they also stated the GM is too busy to engage in

Very helpful sales manager provided additional photos of car's underside as requested. Responsive and polite. Made good professional impression. I wound up taking another deal just before the car was sold anyway.

I texted prior to arriving. Made contact with the salesman and was transferred to another salesman. Looked at the vehicle, started the vehicle. I hear a sound from the vehicle. The car and engine cleaned. The tires needed replacement and the headlight fogged. No test drive and i stated the price. The salesman stated we can talk to the manager. NO. Two salesmen waiting when i arrived. The contact person passed me off. WHY. My observation of the motor sound. DISREGUARDED. Tires in need of replacement, headlights fogged over. NOT DONE. Speaking to manager NO WAY. Two salesmen TWO different answers. Text from original salesman that the price is nonnegotiable then why did salesman suggest we speak with the manager. The acceptable bottom line should have been determined before i arrive. Used cars in full lot. Tires and headlight should have been corrected. Don't assume you know customer's knowledge and background. Be prepared to make a sale not a one stop visit. 0 stars

I bought a pre-owned Toyota Camry from this dealership because their online listing clearly showed it included all-weather floor liners. After taking the car home, I found they were missing. I contacted the salesperson, Mercedes, but she kept telling me to reach the General Sales Manager, Robert Fierro, instead of helping. Chelsea later said none of their Camrys had liners, even though I found another one in their inventory advertised with them. After I pointed that out, she stopped responding. Robert Fierro also ignored my emails and calls and refused to resolve the issue. I ended up buying the liners myself. Each person avoided responsibility despite clear proof from their own ad. I plan to report this to Toyota Corporate and the Better Business Bureau. I no longer trust this dealership and don’t recommend them. Verify every advertised feature before buying—once they have your money, they stop caring. ⚠️ My experience felt like a scam. Be careful!

Salesman Jabari was a nice guy but when it came down to buying and dealing with the finance he was rude didn’t introduce hisself sat a paper on the table and said that what will do. Did not acknowledge my wife who was the one wanting to buy the 4 Runner at that point we decided dealing with this dealer ship was not worth it. Being rude does not help sale cars. As we had cash to buy it outright
