Sales staff was friendly, but if your out of town customer with trade , there is no way of putting a hold on car even with a deposit. Vehicle will be sold while your in negotiation. Dont understand that policy.. Had ever intention of purchasing but had no chance. Very disappointing

I did not end up purchasing the vehicle I was interested in as we could not agree on a price. The less than desirable part was when a new dealer contacted me with a fairly reasonable OTD price if I could come that day, only to find out that they quoted me the wrong price/vehicle. Thankfully, I did not travel to the site, but instead asked to see the price breakout sheet in my inbox before accepting the offer. There was a $4000 disparity between "here is the OTD price" and "here is the price breakout." It could be chalked up to a simple mistake or it could be a "bait and switch" type tactic. I'd like to assume it was an honest mistake, but one that resulted in no deal. Hopefully your experience is better.
