The dealership met my expectations.

Was a hassle to find out if the truck was still available. Drove down (45min), walked around, found the truck I was interested in. Being that no sales people came out to talk to me, (but helped others), so I just walked around, looked through glass, and crawled underneath. No test drive, no info, nothing. Felt like I wasted my time. Seemed like a nice truck from what little I could see from the outside.

I found a car online & called immediately to see if it was still available; it was. However, she said they couldnt put a hold on it & someone was scheduled to view it the next day (seems like a type of 'hold' to me). She told me I had to wait to see if they purchased the car & she would let me know that evening if purchased. If not, she knew I would be there the next morning. They close at 9pm- never received communication. This is important because I live 3 hrs away & needed to know the night before so I could be there in the morning. I had to call the next morning to speak to someone & OMG- the woman who answered the phone was so short & stressed. Everyone was in a meeting & this poor lady was left to answer a multiline phone- it wasnt pretty. The rep finally called, told me the car sold then said she would keep looking & asked if I would let her know if I found one so she could stop looking. Mgt really needs to pay attention to customer service for all involved. Not impressed.

Absolutely seamless experience, thanks in full to Mike Ascencio, the associate who responded to my email asking about availability, to communicating about me coming, he was the soul of professionalism and kindness. A huge kudos to him and to the very nice people of Swickard Toyota.

Great service

The car wasn't available for viewing when we drove up as one of the salesmen drove it home. Otherwise, the car was available later in the week and the experience at that time was positive, but they were so firm on the price we bought elsewhere.
