No one knows anything there, Get calls from all kinds of people that don't know what is even on the show room. Advertised a Tundra for 54K wanted 74K when I got there. Made me drive down there and didn't have parking for customers

I came to Victory Toyota for my dream truck — the exact one they advertised as fully serviced and ready to go. It was on the lot, but I wasn’t allowed to test drive it. I should have noticed the signs right then and there. They said it was unsafe and needed Tires and Brakes. Okay, not a problem I told them I was willing to wait. They asked if I was open to alternatives and, they kind of steered me toward newer, pricier models while saying the original truck would need another service check. I told them I came for one thing and one thing only, and politely asked they just keep me posted on the status of it and left. They led me to believe they’d get it ready for me, so I left thinking we’d move forward soon. Then, after I was gone, I got a call saying -slight inconvenience but the truck actually needed more work and was likely going to auction — meaning it was never really for sale like the ad claimed. Isabella gave us the quote by email. Then we came to the dealership, Tillie was great with everything! We did not feel intimidated like other sales people do.

I bought a pre-owned Toyota Camry from this dealership because their online listing clearly showed it included all-weather floor liners. After taking the car home, I found they were missing. I contacted the salesperson, Mercedes, but she kept telling me to reach the General Sales Manager, Robert Fierro, instead of helping. Chelsea later said none of their Camrys had liners, even though I found another one in their inventory advertised with them. After I pointed that out, she stopped responding. Robert Fierro also ignored my emails and calls and refused to resolve the issue. I ended up buying the liners myself. Each person avoided responsibility despite clear proof from their own ad. I plan to report this to Toyota Corporate and the Better Business Bureau. I no longer trust this dealership and don’t recommend them. Verify every advertised feature before buying—once they have your money, they stop caring. ⚠️ My experience felt like a scam. Be careful!
