Saw a listing for a 2025 Honda Prologue with <1800 mi. I checked in - but it was gone! Then an alert popped up showing a 2024 w/ 30k @ $22K. Went down, test drove the car, and said - OK, sold. That’s when the $22K turned into $30K w/ much reduced “100000 mile warranty turning in three dealer services

Avoid this dealer if you can. My experience here was a mess from start to not-finish. Most of the cars on their lot are already reserved, maybe two out of ten were actually available when I looked. I reserved a car on Friday without having seen it in person, since that seemed like the only way to actually get one. By Monday, I was told it had been reserved out from under me anyway. Communication was the biggest problem. I got emails from multiple different people, each asking how they could help see me the car I reserved.. It felt like the messages were generated automatically rather than from people who were adding anything. Once they discovered the error they processed to go silent. If you’re car shopping, I’d look elsewhere. There are dealers that handle reservations and basic follow up much better than this one.

I’m 84 & I’ve bought my share of cars over the last 65 years. Dealing with sales persons, once a thing of tragedy and nightmares has become a more simple task, requiring time and patience but no gnashing of teeth and pulling of hair; no internal wishing for a sales person's early demise. I looked online via CarGurus, who were quite helpful in facilitating my online interactions with SF Toyota and a helpful and responsive sales manager. After a few calls and a few days, CG informed me of a price drop and I called SFT, set an appointment that afternoon and drove 45 miles from San Jose to the dealership in downtown SF. Parking was great; sales manager and sales person were great; the financial person was tolerable, trying to sell all the dealer provided add-ons as his job requires. We all agreed in an amiable way. The entire round trip from SJ took about 6 hrs. I feel that I got a great deal and did not leave feeling "used and abused" as in days of old. I recommend SFToyota to all.
