I haven't been there in person yet, but they have been great communicators. I am still interested in the car, but with the distance I need to come from & the holidays, I haven't been there it see it in person yet. Very positive so far!

Put one price on car gurus and then give you a totally different price in the end. Would not recommend.

A very Dishonest Dealership. Mr. Mark Brendan Barrett and Mr. Tony Chavez as a pair not good individuals. They both tried to sell me a used 2021 Toyota Tundra Limited for $ 53,000k. A brand new 2025 Toyota Tundra Limited is only a couple thousand dollars more. Both these salesman started arguing about the price especially Mr. Chavez. He was the worst of all acting very Childish and rude. I decided to cancel my appointment 1/23/24 take my business somewhere else. Owner of Moss Bro's Toyota you will continue to lose money and business if you continue to Employ individuals like Mr. Chavez who treats Potential Buyers and Buyers in a " Degrading Manner." Shame on you Mr. Barrett and Mr. Chavez for your immature behaviors.

Alonso was great put us in a 2026 Camry. Other than the computers messing up and making it take too long we had a great experience!!!

Justin Lin was a magnificent, and great communicator, we just couldn’t get the price point down to my satisfaction at the very end, other than that I will definitely try them if I’m in the market for a Toyota. I was shopping for a used Honda.

The finance team did not negotiate pricing on the vehicle I was looking to buy. On top of me telling them I was paying with a check they still ran my credit and offered a high interest rate of 8% when my credit score is over 800. The finance manager i spoke to was trying to get me to finance with them ignoring the fact I was paying with a check from my credit union. Big waste if time. They only care about sales and disregard their customers needs/wants. I will not be returning here to buy my next Toyota.

FANTASTIC experience with Valley-Hi! Shout out to Nallely (internet sales), Alonzo (sales) and Ron (finance). I sent an email at 8am re: car. Nallely called me right at 9am. She confirmed the price and reassured me that it would be there upon my arrival. I checked in with her on my 2 hr drive to the dealership in case they pulled the "oh, the car just sold before you arrived" (looking at you SM BMW - you suck!). Alonzo showed me the car and Ron closed the deal. No pressure to get any add-ons! Sale done in 3 hrs. I didn't test drive. Final price was 1.5k under internet list. No trade in, no financing. I got a PHENOMENAL deal (don't think they knew) as my car is limited to 350 units in the US and was sold for 5-7k OVER MSRP just 7 months prior. I got it for 7k UNDER MSRP! It also had $$$$ of mods done which I will undo. This was the 2nd car I purchased within 3 weeks and was the easier of the 2. I'm a woman and appreciate the no BS. I would absolutely recommend Valley-Hi.

Not sure what it is with the dealerships here in the Temecula area. They're asking anywhere from $5,000 to $10,000 more a Toyota Tacoma SR5 than a higher trim model Tacoma TRD Off-Road 4x4, with 20,000 more miles on it. I pointed that out to a rep in a text message and he responded that he'd look into it. Never heard back. It's not just Toyota of Temecula, it's other dealerships as well.
