This place is Terrible, I will never recommend to nobody. I talk to them the Night Before my appointment, they say the car still Available. Next day they send me a message and told me that they will make have a " Great experience " . My appointment was at 4 o'clock , in the morning I send them a message telling them that I will be at the Dealership early, about 1:30 or 2 O'clock they answer me: Perfect. Also I told them I live about 1 hour from your place. Finally as soon as I made to there place. They said: " Sorry we sold that car last night ". They make me lose my time and make spend the gas for nothing. They just make me go to offer me other cars. That's not fear.

Terrible dealer staff sold car on me back in 2025. Then tried to sell me a car with a bad catalytic converter. Alset with them guys. I'll never go there again. Irony is I didn't realize it was the same dealer till I got there.

I happened to find the vehicle I was looking for closer to my home with less mileage, but I was very impressed with the staff’s communication and absolutely would have purchased here if I wasn’t out of state.

The purchase went through seamlessly thanks to courteous staff especially Tom Clement.

Very friendly staff, was immediately greeted by Josh upon arrival who was very friendly and informative, no complaints in that department. However for this particular vehicle (2020 RAV4 XLE with 66,000 miles on it) they had it listed for about $27,400. Original MSRP for that model was $29,820. KBB and similar websites state fair value for the vehicle to be $23,432. That’s not including the fact that it had numerous paint chips, what seemed to be very minor chips in the windshield, and the fact that it har 66,000 miles on it. The vehicle drove well on the test drive and I had no problems in that department either. However- when I asked about the price being so close to MSRP the only answers I got were convoluted and mostly were chalked up to it’s the market we have right now. But that isn’t true. I’ve already seen 2021-2023 RAV4 XLEs with prices set to 25-27K. This 2020 I refer to should be $20-22K.

Not transparent in price. Wanted us to sign a purchase and sale agreement and the loan app before showing us what our monthly payment would be. Lowballed our trade. Only was willing to tell me monthly payment figures after we walked out. No thank you, will not be back.

The entire staff at Mcgee Toyota were friendly and helpful, bought a used car, no hassle, in/out and even delivered the car, absolute great experience, Joshua, my salesman, was great at keeping me updated on things, highly recommend!!!
