Thinks their customers are dumb enough to spend almost $3,000 for a detail, and cheap “ceramic” coating. The just put it on the bill of sale and acted like it was normal. Purchased a vehicle the next day from a Mercedes dealer and they laughed when I asked if they have any extra fees for detail and coating. When I picked it up, the car was spotless and coated for free. Crazy to me that dealerships still try to do this.

This the second review I’ve done since I bought my car. I mentioned all the people in my first review who help with my purchase, but I did feel the need to say how good Caleb was even after I bought.
