CARMAX Plano was an awful experience. Rude customer service! Not a single person stood up to greet us, just sat in their chairs and made us come to them. Nobody helped us search for the vehicle on the lot, we were told “it’s somewhere out there” and pointed to their large car lot. I called the dealership to confirm vehicle was still available, drove two hours that same day to the dealership only to be told it was unavailable.

The car advertised that it had 13,000 miles. After calling, I discovered it was Not Actual miles.

My experience was good .But if your credit score is 755 or above, I think you should start out with the best deal and not go back and forth over the interest rate or length of the loan.

I was interested in a vehicle there, Lorenzo reached out to help. In the process I decided to go with my own financing outside of their dealership, after that his whole attitude changed, they hiked up the price of the vehicle than what was originally shown online (which some dealerships do to put money in their pocket) I’m sure that’s what they were trying to do. After I told him I wasn't going for it he became very rude and told me good luck on finding a vehicle. Save your time and money and STEER CLEAR THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE SALE!! NOT YOU AS A CUSTOMER.

First time buyer, most likely would come back. Very straight forward, NO PRESSURE!

Answered my email right away. Unfortunately the car got sold before I was able to get there to see it.

It was a non-factory modified vette and the dealer was unaware. When I told them they told me it came that way and was not a big deal. Not impressed.

I went and looked at this car and dealer never followed up with me. Nice folks but didn’t seem interested in working with me.
