I have to hand it to Brookfield Toyota — my experience was so bad that I’ve already told 10 people actively shopping for a vehicle to avoid this dealership. If zero stars were an option, I would have rated accordingly. This was, by far, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff seemed annoyed to assist a customer. After being paired with a salesperson, things went downhill quickly. I confirmed a specific vehicle before driving 1.5 hours to see it. When I arrived, I was told “sure let me go get the keys”, the sales person then came back 10 minutes later and said it had already been sold. Instead of pivoting and showing comparable inventory, the salesperson brought out a manager to “prove” it was gone. It was odd. I had cash in hand and was ready to purchase and wanted to see available options. The interaction seemed desperate and was incredibly uncomfortable and disorganized. I went down the road & bought from another dealership.

I decided against buying this truck but the communication was excellent!

The salesman Moe that I dealt with was very helpful. I came in for two different Honda fits that were for sale. Neither ended up being a good choice for me. We did test drive three other vehicles but the one I was interested in so quickly after I left.
