The communication was through text most of the time as I do not reside in the state the car is for sale. The value they placed on my trade in was insulting and didn’t align to the initial online offer. The car I was interested in had not been serviced as suggested by the manufacturer but the negotiation of sale price was not up for debate. The sale price was above market value. Once I decided not to move forward then the dealership had the general manager call me to discuss. I won’t be doing business with them in the future.

I'd give them zero stars if that option was available. I went to the dealer to inquire on the 2021 truck. The sales person verbally quoted a price of $41,999 three times and the manager (may have just been some guy in the office) even worked the numbers with the sales person when it was written down as $41,500 during the negotiation. He even said he was giving me a $500 break on the price. With all the little charges (tax, dealer fees,..etc.) the out the door price was just over $44,600. When I accepted, the salesman said he had to go check. He then came back from the same "manager" and the base price was actually $53,999. I of course didn't buy the truck and will never go back. The price was later listed as $51,999. I'll absolutely be spreading the word about this dealer.
