They keep increasing the value of their vehicles. I called them two days ago for the Corolla xle 2020 it was priced at 27k and now it’s 30k. I am NO LONGER interested!

Robert was great and very helpful. The financing wait time was terrible so after I had been there for hours and not being able to finance the car they allowed me to leave with the truck after putting a deposit down on my credit card and proof of wire coming for the down payment. Not many places would do that. It was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend this one to buy a car.

Terrible experience at this dealership. My wife and I with our 6 month old were double sold (2) vehicles over the course of a week. Inexcusable and a total waste of our time. They’re only looking out for the fastest buck and not looking out for the family trying to purchase a bigger vehicle.

Will never go to, ir consider this Toyota dealership for vehicle purchase. They don't keep appointments, they start pitching vehicles your not interested in, and they lie about not having in stock vehicles not sold. Very unethical.

Came in to buy used Volt but was told the car had too many problems and they couldn’t sell it. Such integrity is rare to find!! We bought a new car, instead, with great financing!! The staff were awesome, before and during purchase. Very patient and professional. It just took a long time, over 5 hours to get everything done. Biggest problem with staff is the after-sale process. They don’t return our phone calls. Thank goodness it was a new car or we would be in big trouble!

Didn't spend a lot of time at the dealership, found a structural issue bottom corner of the rocker cab, since it's structural and the dealership did not catch it I asked them to have their service dept take a look at it and get back to me with a quote. 3 weeks later and still nothing. Was working with Issac. I know they are busy but they have enough folks there to make it happen.

It was very difficult to get the sales team to respond, once they responded - they provided me with an invoice that contained many hidden fees. Such as “APEX GPS” and “pro pack” bringing a vehicle that was marked on cargurus for $50,000 to $61,000 total. When asking about these outrageous fees, they are unable to provide a legitimate explanation except that they can’t remove them. Very poor and unprofessional business practices in my opinion. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Called early in the morning about a certified pre owned truck, two different people told me it was on the lot. I drove 2 hrs same morning and got there and was told it left for auction 1 hour ago. Just my experience. I turned around and drove 2 hrs back home.

I had been in the process of purchasing a car over 4 days. I sent in the deposit authorization form, they decided not to process it. While im on the phone to discuss financing, I’m told the “GM doesn’t want to move forward with this deal.” Since I hadn’t put a deposit down, I didn’t lose money but I did lose several days of time. I was calling to coordinate paperwork prior to my arrival at the dealership, which was a 5 hour drive from me. I was told there was too much interest in the car for them to “hold it for me.” I wasn’t asking for them to hold it, I had sent in all info to put a deposit to allow me to pick up on the weekend. They said they’d call me if it was still available over the weekend- of course it wasn’t, they had someone sitting at the dealership right then. Had they ran my card for deposit when I submitted it (over 24 hours before terminating the contract), it wouldn’t have been eligible for sale. I feel bad for the time my sale rep but in just for management to suck.

The over all experience was amazing
