Went to see vehicle before they 1hr before they closed Tuesdaynight. Arrived at the dealership told them I wanted the car and would be back in the morning. Made the appointment for 11am Wednesday arrived on-time at 10:30 had to wait because vehicle was on a test drive. Was told to sit and wait for another 1hr to the be told the car was sold. I was told its first come first serve but if I was there the night before and made it to my appointment wouldn't that make me first!!

We made a cash deal with them to buy this car. Filled out paperwork, the next day they were supposed to deliver the car, we called and they said oh sorry we sold that car to another dealership! What????

My experience with the dealership management was disappointing and unsatisfactory. Initially, the manager offered a $1,000 discount. However, when I mentioned I had another appointment and would return later, they agreed. When I came back and asked about the same offer, they refused to honor what had been previously committed. This was very frustrating, especially since I drove one way 1.5 hours based on that understanding. I expected better transparency and consistency. Unfortunately, this experience has impacted my trust in the dealership.

Extremely helpful and transparent on my vehicle purchase . Every aspect of the vehicle was just as the wonderful young salesman had said. It was definitely the best car buying experience I have had and I have purchased many new/ like vehicles over the years. I would certainly recommend Annapolis koons Toyota.
