Tried to make a deal with the dealer but they were not willing to answer or make it workout. I offered a lower price that they didn’t accept, which was fine and I was ok with purchasing the price shown but they never got back to do the transaction.

"Going above and beyond" is a term that’s often loosely thrown around, but I am a witness to that not being the case here. The staff at Certified AutoBrokers Inc. in Grand Island, NY, specifically Ryan and Leah, exceeded all expectations of good customer service. The communication was open and concise. When what appeared to be roadblocks in the process popped up, they were encouraging and worked diligently to find a solution. So much so, that despite living in Richmond, Virginia, I had no issue with driving 511 miles to close the deal. I will be recommending them to any friend or family member I know who is in the market for a car.

Overall experience was excellent, was contacted by two associates, set up a time, and met with Kaitlyn, she was excellent and a big help, car was up front and ready, we did end up purchasing the vehicle, great find. And Cargurus.com was a big help too, I was searching for months till I found this beauty. I will be using Cargurus again, in the summer when I’m looking to get another vehicle. TY
