Positive experience and interactions until day of my scheduled visit for test drive. I told dealer specifically that I was coming from out of state. She did not call me to tell me until 45 min before my appointment that the car sold THE NIGHT BEFORE. It was inconsiderate and unprofessional to wait as long as she did, as they did know I was traveling some distance and was halfway thru my drive. I am no longer interested in giving this establishment my business

Picked up our New to us Used car last night. I was very pleased with the car, the experience, and the price was fair. Could i have gotten a better deal? Maybe, but my experience with Angel Bolanos at the dealership was extremely positive. My email experience with Nicholas Cover was also excellent. The team was responsive, provided direct and accurate answers to my questions, and did not try high pressure sales tactics. Unlike other dealers who will not engage unless you commit to coming in for a "test drive" this dealership respected my wish to negotiate the deal thru email. When you ask them for their Best OTD quote they provide exactly that. When I got there the car was ready and it appeared as advertised. Two keys with the car. Angel personally filled the gas tank and sent us on our way home (1.5 hours). I would definitely do business with Koons Westminster again if/when I have a car need.

We drove two hours to see a 2023 Colorado Z71 after discussing pricing with a salesperson, Luis, who initially implied there was some room to negotiate. Five minutes before our appointment, we were told the truck wasn't available because it had been loaned out, forcing us to change our plans and return the next day. When we arrived, the truck had nearly 2,000 more miles than advertised and was being used as a shop/loaner vehicle, putting it outside the factory warranty. Despite all of this, there was no willingness to negotiate, and management didn't even come out to speak with us. The entire experience felt like a waste of time. Fortunately, we found a newer truck with fewer miles elsewhere less than a week later. Would not recommend.
