I reached out after finding a vehicle my family wanted to see and maybe purchase. I reached out made an appointment at 4:50pm for the next morning as the drive was an hour and a half away. Left early morning to make our appointment right when they open. Drove me and my family all the way there for them to tell me that they sold the car right after I made the appointment. They didn't even call to say they sold the car. Stay away. They bait and switch.

Very communicative. Cesar responded promptly to my questions and even voluntarily updated me daily on car availability as we were coming from quite a distance away. Our salesperson, Cherry, did a great job assisting us upon our arrival, getting us connected for test drives and then handling the paperwork for our purchase. Pricing on the car was very competitive. The staff were really helpful and respectful when we got there. We did spend some time there, but the staff were really working hard to get us a good deal on the car. They were very transparent with everything and we eventually purchased the car we went in to buy. The car was just as described. There were a few things that we noticed on the car that we couldn’t see through the picture, but they were able to help us with that. We recently purchased the car from them and if all goes well, we will be coming back to purchase more cars.
