I am writing to share my exceptional experience purchasing our second family vehicle from Timmons Subaru in Long Beach. Fortunately, I decided to contact Timmons Subaru in Long Beach. My initial communication with Miguel in Internet Sales was completely pressure-free, which convinced me to consider the two-hour drive. Louie then joined the conversation and gave me the confidence to make the road trip with my family. When we arrived, both Miguel and Louie greeted us at the door. My wife and I brought six of our seven children (ages 4 to 13), and the team made sure they were comfortable and entertained. We felt entirely welcomed and completely stress-free after our long trip. The staff was great! The additional fees not included in the price listed in Car Gurus took me by surprise and took me well over my budget, but I did end up buying the car since they did work with me on getting closer to the number I was comfortable with. They also made the car look pretty and filled up my gas tank. All the people we worked with were very pleasant.
