My salesperson was great! I called and he was on it from the beginning. He had a great attitude and was very helpful. However, I was not pleased with all the fees added to the car in the finance room. I felt like it was ingenuous. The 2500 fee for purchasing a car with Gilliam was not explained well but just there. When I questioned, I was quickly given a small price decrease and a "warranty" that it was not there before. I personally think they took advance of the situation of a person needing a car.
