I have purchased a lot of cars from dealerships and this was one of the easiest and smoothest. I watched it and went in when the price was dropped to where I wanted to buy. The car was as described with one issue with the headlight. Quick discussion about what they were willing to do and we made a deal. Finance was easy and no pressure. I was in and out in 2 hours or so and that was with a decent test drive. I will consider Wagner when I am looking for my next car.

Horrible customer service. Was told twice the car was available. Went on a Friday to see the vehicle and it was not on the lot. When I came home, I called to inquire about the vehicle. The person on the phone said he was short staffed and he would check and call me back in about an hour. I never received a call so inquired online. The internet salesman emailed me confirming the car was indeed still available and asked when I could come in for a test drive. I told him I could be there the next day at noon. I received a confirmation email of my scheduled appointment the night before mentioning the car would be ready and available to test drive and inspect at 12:00. Then 20 minutes before my appointment, while I was already in route to my appointment, I received a voicemail saying the car was sold the morning before. When I got there no one knew what was going on. Clearly unorganized and very unprofessional. Worst customer service and worst experience. I would not recommend this dealer.
