My experience was very good. They made me comfortable. They were attentive. I had a lot of questions and they were able to answer them all. I came to look at a specific car and sprint a great deal looking at talking trade in etc, and then asked to look at totally different car. They were happy to switch gears and show me another car. The salesman that I had was very nice and he was very professional and I felt like he was really trying to help me to get the car. The reason why I didn't get the car because of the extreme amount of money that they wanted me to put down after they had me signed and agreed on the amount that could bring down, NOT the salesman that I was dealing but his co-worker called and ask for an extreme amount of money. Before they made me feel like I was going to get the car, I made my significant other be my co-signer. And after all of that they still wanted me to bring an extreme amount of money that I made clear that I didn't have in the first place. I really liked the SUV it was beautiful and i really really needed it . Oh well I guess all things ain't what it seems
