Super easy and super friendly! We love our new car!!!

My wife and I test drove this vehicle on a Sunday evening. We went home to talk about it and on Monday decided to purchase it, called the sales woman and they accepted our offer. Due to work circumstances we could not get back to the dealership until five days later, and asked to have them hold it with a deposit and knowledge we intended to pay the full amount on pick up. Anyway,… that was too much of a deal breaker for them. They refused to hold it beyond 24 hours, telling us to call back on Friday and if it was still there then they would hold it until Saturday. This would have been the perfect car for out graduating college student daughter, and it was the first on we looked at. Instead we have opted to expand our search and Michael’s Subaru of Bellevue will not be on our list of places to consider.

Purchased what I thought was Jeep SRT and later found that a significant amount of parts were not OEM SRT. Had to return vehicle which Kendall did expeditiously, however still experienced significant financial loss as lender charged me filing fees to process the return.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! The salesman told me he'd make sure the vehicles illegal city lights were turned off before I took possession of vehicle. They weren't. The dealership is not being reasonable. The vehicle is not street legal. I asked the sales mgr (Gabe) if they would pay to have the illegal lights removed. Gabe said no. The vehicle also had three completely different sets of aftermarket headlights that do not work. I took vehicle to Car Toys who confirmed bad wiring to city lights, three sets of headlights AND DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL WIRES LEFT JUST HANGING..Gabe (sales mgr) is being terribly unprofessional. He argued the legality of the illegal lights w/me. I wouldnt engage w/that. He is being difficult about helping me in general & doing the right thing. The vehicles fender fell off two days after I bought it. It was fixed. I myself had to pay out of pocket for the rest. This was the condition of the vehicle the day I bought it from Auburn Subaru. Lemon! Bad dealership!

The vehicle was listed for sale despite not being ready (shop inspection, detail). Follow up communication was initially good but has since been lacking.

Dealer was very prompt in responding and answered questions that I asked.

Van was not ready to sell dirty inside and out, Has damage and bald tires. Watch out for added junk fees and the interest rate they offer is absolutely horrible. I was able to get 4% lower just by going to my bank.
