The owners, Josh and Steve, along with Morgan were beyond helpful and truly a pleasure to work with. Living in another state, the hurdles I faced with the finance companies were too much to overcome. But, especially with Josh's patience and help, we were able to make the purchase work AND get the vehicle shipped to me. It was hassle free and actually a true pleasure to work with them. The brake calipers, hoses, frame, differential, and other components were all spray-painted black. I know they were trying to hide rust, but I expected some rust on a 2012. What else are they trying to hide? I can't tell if it has been well-maintained if it has been spray-painted. Weird. A shame, really. It was a nice truck. Someone else is going to buy this truck and potentially have problems. That person is probably going to drive it back and forth to work. People need reliable transportation for their livelihood, and this is just not necessary. Things like this add to the stereotype that used car dealerships are not trustworthy.
