Purchased an F150 Lariat about 2 weeks ago. At sale was informed was going to get 2 keys they just had to track it down. Called dealer back a couple days later, to see about the key, unfortunately they couldnt find one. Called dealer last week since I just went ahead and bought an OEM key fob to see even about paying for it to get programed and still have not recieved a call back. Would have gave 5 stars, but let's be real at almost 60k for a truck, 2 keys is kinda of a standard acrosss all dealers at that price point, and not calling me back is another issue. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. Once I get the key fob I ordered online, I will be taking my money to a different Ford dealer.

I dealt with Lithia in Helena and npo thank you. My system had issues, was within weeks of owning it and it nor any of the repairs for known issues like the airbags did not deploy when I had a wreck in 2021. I contacted Ford about it but they wanted pics of the wrecked vehicle showing the inside where the air bags were still intact?? My fron left end was severely damaged. It was a repo because my insurance refused to honor the accident. So no NO Lithia again or I would go here in Ronan to our local Lithia Motors. Reputations get damaged and rarely recover when your service is less than fair.

I had a terrible experience. I paid $5000 for this car and didn't get more than 2 miles away before I had trouble with it. Within 2 and a half days, the head gasket blew and the engine was ruined. The dealer said that they checked the car in their shop and that it was in good condition. When I asked the dealer to refund me or to allow me to apply what I had spent to another vehicle , they offered to allow us to use a portion of our original payment toward one of two high mileage vehicles. We would essentially be paying $10,000 for a vehicle that has 185000 miles on it.
