They are really quick to get back to you, and they are persistent until they get ahold of you. But, then when you show interest in a vehicle the communication gets slower and slower almost like they don't really care if you buy the vehicle or not. Its been very frustrating one person starts the deal and then you another one gets involved and then neither one of them want to answer your emails or call you back! And if you request something for financing purposes to try and close the deal they don't rush it by any means.

Chevy dealer not real knowledgeable about Dodge trucks. You could see they have one thing on their minds, and that's to sell a vehicle. The finance lady went an extra mile for me due to being a Veteran, but was confusing while trying to sell me an extended warranty.

I was calling from out of state to look to purchase the vehicle based on the information provided by Cargurus. Michaleen at the dealership was very pleasant on our first phone Conversation. However I got radio silence from her and the entire team at this dealership afterwards. I then noticed the price of the vehicle increased on cargurus. Even after that I reached out to the dealership and no one called or emailed me back. It was a terrible experience and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. False advertisement and terrible customer service.
