Concesionarios cercanos (Seadrift, TX)

Trying to make a deal they didn’t want to do it and they still do not stop calling me. I’m even called and asked them to take me off the calling list every day I get it. I will never buy a car there. They keep hounding me, but don’t ever wanna make a deal.

I called to ask for more specific details about this vehicle and asked for a call back. Instead, I received an email asking if I had any questions about this vehicle. Not the customer service I would expect from a professional, reputable dealer who is interested selling a vehicle with full transparency.

Worst experience I've had at any dealership and I've bought many vehicles. The price listed is a lie, they will add warranties you did not ask for. I even talked with the GM James Law which provided zero help, they will scheme to get more money leaving you angry at the end of sale. Schyler Boyd is dishonest and untrustworthy. All communications should be recorded. The price shown on their website and CarGurus will not be honored. Hope I can save someone the hassle I went through. Should read all their negative review because this seems to be their way of doing business.

Worst experience ever. I wasted my time driving to Victoria from Houston to find out all these add ons to the vehicle price, which are useless. Anti theft protection that this dealership added to the sales price. They tried to add it to the final price of the vehicle, which I didn't buy because of this. Basically they advertise s price on the internet at a reasonable price then add all these extras and will not take it off the sales price. I told them I would pay the price they put on the internet plus tax and license. They refused. Also on the way there they said another person was interested. When I arrived no one was there. BEWARE

They are very nice

Emily was great. I believe she was the best part of the experience. However, I didn’t realize the car was $6k more than advertised on car gurus. The dealership had a “fine print” on their website that stated they were passing off the repairs after the trade in to the buyer, and with a mandatory tire package and ceramic coating and tint .

Pretty professional, they definitely were eager to reach out, but it was a painful process trying to get questions answered. (Got some non-answers and stuff about fees and other important details) Definitely could’ve gone worse but it would be nice if I could’ve talked straight with a real human about it.
