Over text message to a salesman I asked for an itemized price sheet to see the out the door price on the vehicle I was interested in which was listed for around $31000. I live a 2 hour and 15 minute drive away from the dealership, so I wanted to know how much the true cost of the vehicle would be before I made the trip. About 6 hrs after I sent the text the salesman text back, “The out the door price is easy to calculate.” Then wrote the price which I don’t remember exactly but it was above $40,000 for the vehicle. So somehow this person made the vehicle an, “easy” $9000 more than the listed price, and never sent me an itemized price sheet. How ridiculous is this?

If I haven’t bought a car at the car cruise yet it has nothing to do with car gurus solely it’s because I have not made up my mind whether I wanna buy a truck or a van whatever I marked as four star because I never put five star for anything as far as the help that I got they were fantastic. They called me back and I know if I’m gonna buy a vehicle 90% it would be a cargo. Their prices is beyond lower than other locations and I’ve been checking that for the past two months.
