The car was posted at a lower price. Went to see the car. Bought the car and was charged more than the price listed. The car has some damage and smelled like beer. The salesman was talking crap about me behind closed doors. They told me they would call me the next day to set up tire replacement and didn't call until I left a bad google review. Went to go get the tires and on my way after only having the car 6 days the oil light came on. Dealer refused to address the oil light or tires unless I deleted my review. Never provided the inspection report they charge you a ton of money for.

As soon as I arrived at Mahwah Ford, the vehicle with which I specifically came to discuss was parked right in front. Little things get noticed. After that, it was pretty easy day. No pressure, no BS. That's always refreshing. All involved in my deal...my saleswoman, manager, and finance manager were pros and clearly worked hard to make me their customer. They know their stuff. The trade in process was seamless and fair, as was the overall negotiation....quick, easy, and stress free. The deal was a win/win, I had a satisfying ride home in my new Edge, and no next morning regrets. It was a good day. When the need arises in the future Mahwah Ford will get first shot.
