⭐ 1 Star – Avoid at all costs McPeek Dealership was a complete waste of time. They tried to lowball me hard on my trade-in, coming in way below market value and acting like they were doing me a favor. No transparency, no justification—just an insulting offer. The worst part was dealing with Josh, the finance manager. He started adding extended warranties and other upsells without properly asking or clearly explaining them. Items were slipped into the numbers as if they were standard, and you’re expected to notice and question it yourself. That kind of behavior feels intentionally deceptive. Overall, the experience was pushy, dishonest, and manipulative. Instead of being upfront, they tried to pad the deal quietly and pressure it through. If you value honesty and basic respect as a customer, take your business elsewhere. This dealership—and especially their finance process—is not worth the frustration

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great First Car Buying Experience! I just bought a 2022 BMW 530e from Chrysler Jeep Dodge Costa Mesa and couldn’t be happier. We came out with the understanding that we had a deal, only to find out once we arrived that we didn’t have a deal after all. As a result, we wasted 6 hours on the road driving there and back, despite making it clear beforehand that I would not make the trip unless we had a confirmed agreement because of the long drive involved. The mistake we made was believing people would honor their word and follow through, rather than simply telling us what we wanted to hear to get us there.

I took an appointment to test drive the car the day prior and was determined to purchase the Mazda that I have been searching for. I was attracted by the low price tag. So, I drove the 3 hrs distance to get to the dealership! One of the staff even called me at the start of my long drive to confirm my time of arrival, she said, to have the car ready for me! When I arrived, the sale personal was not aware of my coming, and the car was not ready. It had stayed on the lot for so long, that it would not start even after, 30 minutes of charge! The excuse was that Adan, the person I had the appointment with, was not working that morning, and the staff personal I talked to during my drive was working in the administration department and didn't pass the info! They also mentioned that I might have communicated with an AI sales person! Barely apologetic the manager asked me when I could drive back! Answer:Never!
