Good to deal with

This was one of the most unprofessional dealership experiences I’ve had. I came to see a 2020 Tesla Model 3 listed as AWD, but it was actually RWD, which is a major difference and felt misleading. The car was also poorly detailed, with crumbs, coins, and even listing photos showing leftover trash and a car seat. The car drove fine, but the pricing was worse. It was listed at $20,488, but jumped to over $30,000 with nearly $6,000 in add-ons that felt unreasonable for a six-year-old vehicle. When I declined, the finance manager said, “Did you even come here with the intention of making a deal?” which was disrespectful. He had just asked for a positive review and claimed they were improving customer service, which is hard to believe. I’d strongly advise others to be cautious dealing with this dealership.

Chris Jones at Rainier Dodge was amazing from start to finish. Great communication regarding the Ram 2500 and was understanding and patient waiting for me to work things out with my insurance company and getting my down payment went where I wanted it to be. Gabe was great as well making the finance part incredibly smooth and easy. In and out in less than 90 minutes. Chris spent longer than that explaining all the bells and whistles this truck has to offer. Amazingly beautiful truck and 5☆ experience. Highly recommend this dealership. Scott Zimmerman

I went to test drive the car and it was not in good shape. I said I would be open to looking at another car and they just left me sitting at the desk for an hour. So I thanked my sales person and left. They tried to stop me from leaving the lot very unprofessional. We bought another car the same evening. They really just wasted my time. I will never buy from them ever.
