Booked a test drive online but no one seemed to know anything about it. Sold car before i could see it

This dealer emailed me that a vehicle would be ready for a test drive at a certain time. I drove 90 minutes one way. The car was “gone” and the sales rep was “sick” major bait &switch.

Bad experience I presented all the documents they asked of me was told that I was approved for the vehicle The salesman went over the paperwork. For me to sign the vehicle was 16,999 after the fees The total was close to $27.000 I questioned the amount and never got an answer he asked for the insurance. I called y and asked the salesman for the VIN number which he gave me and I had the car insured. I also asked him who financed the car and he told me then he had me just sitting there. Stated he was waiting on the financing manager, so I can go in the back and sign the rest of the papers the salesman finally came stating I wasn’t approved after he told me I was and also gave me the name of the bank and also had me to sign some papersI Iasked him to speak to the finance manager. Daughter and I didn’t exactly know why wasn’t approved. After being there 7 hours or more I went to the dealership where I purchase my last vehicle no problem in 3 hours I drove off in my new vehicle

I had an absolutely terrible experience. The sales associate barely helped me and got the sales manager involved and then proceeded to sit back and laugh the entire time. I was trying to talk to him about the car and I’m sure it’s because I was a female by myself in a car dealership. I had to ask for my keys two separate times to my own personal car so that I can leave. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this dealership nor will any of my family.

They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry.
