I bought a 2024 Audi q7 from these guy the next day after they received their check problem started happening with the vehicle.the sales manager Robert has horrible communication skills .spoke with him and was told to bring my vehicle so they can check on the problems .i drove 1 hour to be told that you should take it to the Audi dealership because we don’t work on Audi by their service department.I would never recommend getting a car from this dealership

There was very little communication once i expressed my interest in a vehicle. Also, it was advertised about $2k cheaper on CarGuru and other sources such as Edmunds and when i mentioned it to the sales person/manager the sticker price of the vehicle jumped up to 54,800. Felt like a bait and switch tactic to me. Sad part is that i REALLY wanted this Truck but I was not comfortable doing business with a person/dealership who's communication was poor (not responding promptly, not answering specific questions, & confusing our discussions/negotiations with another potential customer) and prices of vehicle magically change once you express your interest in it.
