I worked with Andrew and he was fantastic. I sat there for 3 hours while they did ‘paperwork’ without anyone else checking on me. The price you see online is not accurate and they only show the best possible scenario for all available rebates. Go ahead and add on 6-7k to whatever they show online. They’ll also try and give you a sad story about why they lowball you 8k below what KBB or Edmund’s says the trade-in is worth. The finance team didn’t communicate options and I’ve been asking for a week for the loan information and I’ve been ignored by all but Andrew. Do not finance through this dealership but if you decide to look at vehicles then Andrew is one of the few honest people there. They were supposed to detail and clear coat the vehicle. I left when it was dark and the next morning I found yellow goop on the hood. So I also have to resolve that issue.
