Great communication regarding the Ram 2500 and was understanding and patient waiting for me to work things out with my insurance company and getting my down payment went where I wanted it to be. Gabe was great as well making the finance part incredibly smooth and easy. In and out in less than 90 minutes. I had inquired about the Lexus GS350 in their inventory, which I was interested in, but it had already been sold. The salesman contacted me, and I told them about the exact car I was looking for. They will notify me if they get another in the inventory.

Good to deal with

This was one of the most unprofessional dealership experiences I’ve had. I came to see a 2020 Tesla Model 3 listed as AWD, but it was actually RWD, which is a major difference and felt misleading. The car was also poorly detailed, with crumbs, coins, and even listing photos showing leftover trash and a car seat. The car drove fine, but the pricing was worse. It was listed at $20,488, but jumped to over $30,000 with nearly $6,000 in add-ons that felt unreasonable for a six-year-old vehicle. When I declined, the finance manager said, “Did you even come here with the intention of making a deal?” which was disrespectful. He had just asked for a positive review and claimed they were improving customer service, which is hard to believe. I’d strongly advise others to be cautious dealing with this dealership.
