Absolutely amazing workers! My husband and I were looking to trade in our 2020 Ram 1500 big horn/lone star for something smaller, cheaper and more family friendly. Spoke with sales representative about 2 days. Made an offer. Was presented to the sales manager and we agreed on the price and I accepted the offer. The same day the sales representative was writing up the offer and 1/2 way through the paperwork process the sales manager sold the car out from under me as we were in the process of the purchase. This all happened hours the same day the offer was accepted and was being written up. I will not go back as the sales manager acted in bad faith and did not honor the agreement even though in the few hours of closing the deal he chose to sell to another buyer. My credit score is 840+ and the price was a cash offer and the sales representative even doubled checked with me.

Great communication regarding the Ram 2500 and was understanding and patient waiting for me to work things out with my insurance company and getting my down payment went where I wanted it to be. Gabe was great as well making the finance part incredibly smooth and easy. In and out in less than 90 minutes.
