Bad experience I presented all the documents they asked of me was told that I was approved for the vehicle The salesman went over the paperwork. For me to sign the vehicle was 16,999 after the fees The total was close to $27.000 I questioned the amount and never got an answer he asked for the insurance. I called y and asked the salesman for the VIN number which he gave me and I had the car insured. I also asked him who financed the car and he told me then he had me just sitting there. Stated he was waiting on the financing manager, so I can go in the back and sign the rest of the papers the salesman finally came stating I wasn’t approved after he told me I was and also gave me the name of the bank and also had me to sign some papersI Iasked him to speak to the finance manager. Daughter and I didn’t exactly know why wasn’t approved. After being there 7 hours or more I went to the dealership where I purchase my last vehicle no problem in 3 hours I drove off in my new vehicle

They are really quick to get back to you, and they are persistent until they get ahold of you. But, then when you show interest in a vehicle the communication gets slower and slower almost like they don't really care if you buy the vehicle or not. Its been very frustrating one person starts the deal and then you another one gets involved and then neither one of them want to answer your emails or call you back! And if you request something for financing purposes to try and close the deal they don't rush it by any means.

This dealer emailed me that a vehicle would be ready for a test drive at a certain time. I drove 90 minutes one way. The car was “gone” and the sales rep was “sick” major bait &switch.

The entire experience from start to finish was awesome. Chaz was more than friendly and very professional and answered all my questions without hesitation. I love my new truck and as a believer in fate I guess I totaled out my previous truck so I could be happier with this one! Thanks again Chaz and to all the staff at Clement!
