Car wouldn’t start. Interior fan was buzzing loudly. Hood wouldn’t stay open broke strut.

In short — do not trust them. I had been in contact with them for a few days. I was assured multiple times that the car listed on their website was available. It was on the low end of the price, displaying a “great deal.” Let me tell you that’s a warning sign more than anything else. After driving 3.5 hours and being in contact with them on the way there, I was assured the car was going to be fully charged and ready by the time I arrived. When I pulled in to their small, hard to navigate parking lot, all of the customer parking spots were full. I later learned that’s a psychological strategy they employ, to make it seem like they are busy, but it’s their own cars. I had to park at the far end of the parking lot to get inside. Once inside I saw 3 greaseballs lounging around while the phone was ringing, nobody answered it. I was told to buy another one of their cars that was nowhere near the original price. They didn’t take responsibility for making me drive so far.

I was disappointed that their list price did not include their processing fees, or the $4,000 IRS tax credit for a used EV. Since we are not eligible for the $4,000 credit, we would have paid an additional $4,000 for the car, which was not apparent on the listing. They also did not include their dealer processing fee, despite having the phrase "No hidden fees" on the picture in the listing. I would not recommend them as a dealer

I was able to trade my vehicle for the 2010 Suzuki SX4 Base AWD on Monday, 1/19/2026. And when driving the 2010 Suzuki SX4 Base AWD the same day from the dealership's lot to my house, the 2010 Suzuki SX4 Base AWD broke down on the highway. The dealership sent a flatbed and took me back to the dealership. When they reported to me what happened to the 2010 Suzuki SX4 Base AWD, they returned my vehicle to me, and I drove off their lot. I canceled the deal the next morning, and I still haven't been refunded the down payment I made for the 2010 Suzuki SX4 Base AWD. The dealership still has my vehicle in its inventory to sell, which doesn't allow me to sell my own vehicle. Communication with this staff is virtually impossible, not answering and making thing dificult purpesly. Bass business practices.

The salesman was great, he kept in touch with me for at least 2 weeks but the insurance company was taking to long and the truck got sold

Well it definitely wasn't a prius prime "Advanced"... but a prius none the less. Make sure you read the contract BEFORE signing it, because you might not be getting what you were advertised.
