They sold me a car that didn’t pass inspection and failed to reimburse me for the repairs I needed. I was given the incorrect impression that gap insurance is mandatory. Also the process of the sale and receiving the vehicle took an entire month which seems crazy to me. There are issues that need repair, and that was not disclosed to me in advance. I don’t plan to purchase from them again.
