Received an email when I first inquired about a car I was interested in. Repeatedly tried to set up a time responding to the email. Got the same canned email every time I replied to the email about a time I could come see a car. Terrible customer service.

I sent an email inquiring about the 2002 Dodge. Gary contacted me asking if I could come in for a test drive. I explained that I lived in Mississippi and could not do a test drive. I told Gary I was dependent on him to provide any information about the truck. I was very interested in buying this vehicle, but I never received another response.

Expressed interest in a pre-owned vehicle advertised online. Price was considerably above market so I shared the Kelly Blue Book Fair Market value for the vehicle in an effort to negotiate reasonable pricing. The curt response that I received was, "This (vehicle) won't be that car..." thus shutting down any further discussion. Certainly not a very helpful attitude to have towards a customer and definitely a disincentive to patronize this dealership. There are MUCH friendlier and more cooperative dealerships out there who are willing to earn my business.
