Top level car. So happy to have bought the TDI Diesel I was looking for! Fully loaded, even has a receiver hitch and wired in brake control for my tear drop trailer!

They straight up lied to me about the car, they didn't want to sell it to me because I had a voucher thru the Oregon clean vehicle rebate program and I also qualified for the Oregon tax credit and they accept both programs but didn't want to give it to me they wanted some money down on it now even though they would get there's in a little while it's guaranteed federal and state so instead they told me no and gave it to the next person who came inquiring after me who had some cash they wanted now and that's how my experience went down right dishonest all they wanted was the money

Dealer waited till One hour prior to our appointment to inform me about a warning lights being on, also due to the vehicle not being fully ready to be sold they were unable to negotiate based on not knowing how much it would take them to fix the issue. May be get the car fully fixed prior to advertising it, Just a suggestion

The follow up was good, however have not heard about financing when I submitted my application

It was quite an experience I never have before. I had to talk to 3 different salespeople and getting 3 different stories on the car. It’s almost like they don’t want to sell me the car. 1st guy said it’s not for sale. 2nd guy said it needs a 172 point inspection. 3rd guy said it’s misfiring. The fact is I have to constantly have to get information on the car in order to know what’s going on and the hassle to get information is to much. It feels like they are not completely honest with me. I expected full transparency from a certified dealership yet haven’t got that.

Less than ideal. Adding costs to my loan without making me aware of it until it was time to sign. Adding fees at the very end that were never discussed. From what I asked for to what they offered to what we agreed upon, the final total was over what we agreed by almost $5k. Needless to say I went elsewhere and didn't get lied to and wasn't given the runaround. Their offer and my banks loan offer were not the same even though their loan came from my bank. Misrepresented almost everything about everything. And on top of that, the car I wanted to purchase was damaged and in need of tires. They didn't even tell me that until the very end either. Be careful. Ask lots of questions or you will get taken advantage of.
