Everything seemed to be going well and I thought my wishes (absolutely no addons, just the car) were being honored. I made the mistake of signing some of the paperwork on an iPad without asking to see that specific document. Two days later I was looking through my paperwork and realized they'd tacked on a $4000 service contract that had not been mentioned a single time during the process. I called to ask them to remove this and the finance manager said he "thought I knew that was on there" and tried to argue why it wasn't an extra because it was the "manufacturers warranty." In the end I got the contract removed, but it added $6000 to my loan and extended my loan to 66 months when I told the sales associate explicitly (and we circled on the initial agreement) I wanted a 48 month loan. Turns out that's how they got away without me noticing - the monthly payment they verbally quoted was the same because the loan term had been extended. Either very shady or very incompetent practice.

The staff especially Travis and Matt went out their way for a seamless and friendly buying experience. The process was comfortable and i was able to drive out the same day in a reasonable amount of time.

I went to look at a used truck I was interested in. I used the online trade in appraisal tool for a value for my trade which came back at $6000-$7000 which I was happy with so I drove about an hour & fifteen minutes to see the truck and waited a bit before a test drive. The truck was nice but have a couple little issues but nothing that couldn't be resolved easily. After seeing my truck a manager came over to tell me they could only give $1000 for a trade in for it. They were very nice , but I would rather have not wasted my time. My truck is older , but in nice shape with low miles and has always been maintained and we were not even close to making a deal so I cut my losses and drove home in my older but still very nice truck.

Great follow up and desire to provide a complimentary vehicle to the purchaser.

Terrible , they wouldn’t budge on price and the truck was completely ruined , so many dents and scratches , gas access wouldn’t even shut , someone took a sharpie and tried to fix the scratches and dents . Terrible
