The staff at Balisse Nissan was incredibly helpful. Wendy was attentive and kind and worked so hard to be sure I was happy. This dealership was a two hour drive for me, but Wendy and the staff made it worth it.

The dealership was great to work with! They were very responsive and had no hidden fees. I was an out of state buyer so I was a little nervous they’d add fees when I flew in to close, but they stuck to our agreed price, and I was in and out. They recommended a shipping company and the car got here in flawless condition! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an Infiniti.

Great Dealership, gave me the out the door price including fees and taxes via email and that price did not change when I showed up. Bought the car immediately after being shown that. Todd and Micheal are very knowledgeable and straightforward. This was the easiest car buying process I have ever been through ! Car was as advertised. Would highly recommend buying a car through them.

Too many emails, texts, calls. Dealer would not negotiate on price. Poor listening skills from the sales consultant. Even after clearly not making a deal and clearly explaining the reasons why the clueless sales consultant followed up with a phone message asking me how my experience was. Methinks this sales consultant needs to learn effective face to face and phone communication skills in a customer-oriented business. Not surprised though as many dealerships have a hard time “closing the deal” with well-educated well-researched consumers.
