I started asking questions about the car, especially the condition and maintenance, plus some items that I thought were possibly not oem. The sales manager promptly got back to me indicating that they "were not interested in selling to out of state buyers." I'm sorry they don't want my money, because I really am interested in buying a low mileage, manual transmission Cube.

Spoke with sales representative about 2 days. Made an offer. Was presented to the sales manager and we agreed on the price and I accepted the offer. The same day the sales representative was writing up the offer and 1/2 way through the paperwork process the sales manager sold the car out from under me as we were in the process of the purchase. This all happened hours the same day the offer was accepted and was being written up. I will not go back as the sales manager acted in bad faith and did not honor the agreement even though in the few hours of closing the deal he chose to sell to another buyer. My credit score is 840+ and the price was a cash offer and the sales representative even doubled checked with me.
