First time out, car couldn't be found, Weather, like snow and ice partly the reason, 2nd time, my friend, whom I was assisting in looking for a vehicle, bought one...Beth, the sales Rep or consultant, was kind, polite and professional.

Did not buy a vehicle from them, and wouldn't now. I made an appointment to look at a used vehicle, and told them specifically I wanted to test drive it. Drove 50 miles but was told I could not test drive it as it was being serviced. They said I could "look at it" and put a deposit on it. I said I would not do that without driving it. Then they told me that the price that was listed on Car Gurus was $2000 less than the actual price, as that did not reflect the "discount" for a trade-in. Gave me some crap story about how Car Gurus pulls the information incorrectly. I would have checked their website but in order to look at their inventory you have to enter in ALL of your contact information, including phone #. At the price they quoted the car was WAY overpriced. Sales manager said he would call me when the car was available to test drive, and I could drive another 50 miles, or I could put a deposit on it to hold it. Didn't offer me any compensation for gas. NO thanks! Shady

Easy to schedule a test drive. Disappointing that the price shown online included two discounts that I would not be able to use, so the cash price was more than expected.
