Didn’t seem to want to sell car…didn’t want to negotiate on price even though vehicle IS PRICED HIGHER than average. I was simply asking for best deal but dealership didn’t want to budge whatsoever. Not to mention communication is grossly lacking. But I’m sure if I was willing to pay full price on a vehicle I knew nothing about, except for what read in their website, they would constantly be calling for the check! As far as I’m concerned, they suck!! Not the vehicle itself, just the people I dealt with, which unfortunately represents that dealership. If you want better reviews, then consider better employees.

Salesman Jose was great, but they let a deal go because of $500! Explained the CARFAX has a minor accident below $500, but resale would be effected due to this. Sales manager didn’t care and wasn’t willing to go down $500. I ended buying a new Nissan at a different dealership. Just remember do what you can to gain that customer!

Bait and switch. “Just got the car in can you come tommorow?” I arrived the next day and was told we just sold it.

Truck only available to those who live in Texas. Was not able to bring my own financing and trade in my other vehicle. This dealership offers financing as long as the vehicle is registered to them.

I love the environment and the treatment we received there. I highly recommend that location and its agents.

I reached out via your chat several times and was asked to provide the VIN number of my vehicle which I did and the miles, etc. to see about a possible pay off. I was promised someone would get back to me no less than two times. No one got back to me until I reached out. I was asked to provide the VIN number and Miles a third time and I declined. I felt like if this was the kind of service I was getting at the very beginning it would most likely not go well going forward.

Reached out to Cavender Nissan about a pre-owned Mazda CX-5 that they had for sale, and was responded to rather quickly by Derrick. He was very responsive, he answered our questions and worked to schedule a test drive without being too pushy. Most communication via text messaging which was my choice. Super nice guy. When we visited, the car was already started and ready for a drive - he rode with us and offered insights into the car although we were already very knowledgeable. Introduced us to Sales Manager and we had a great test drive and dealership visit. We followed up with him two days later with an offer, there was very little back and forth and a price was negotiated that was honored by the dealership without any games. There wasn’t a lot of tricks or tactics used. I have nothing but good things to say about Cavender Nissan and our salesperson Derrick. I will go out of my way to use them again when we are in the market for another vehicle.

They told me to come Saturday to look at the truck I got off early to go look at the truck and then they called me back and told me that they sold the truck I lost out on 5 hours of over time and then they call me back to ask if I still wanted the truck I told them that I didn't want t the truck
